It seems like every farm has a problem area that prevents that farm or field from maximizing it’s yield or production potential. TerreMax has started a new program where we combine GPS yield map data with soil test data to pinpoint these low yielding problem areas. We then concentrate our efforts to improve these areas. This could include applications of Lime, gypsum, manure, and fertilizer. While some of these areas may not ever be as productive as other areas we don’t want our management to be the limiting factor.
